Shipping Policies & Procedures
Due to the high volume of purchases and our small-batch procedures, we ship all items out twice a week in the order that they are received. Producing your skincare in smaller batches means that your products will have the longest shelf life possible and retain the freshest ingredients to retain the best possible quality. We promise your skin will thank you!

Average Order Times
From order placed to your door: 3-6 days
After your order is placed, it is immediately sent to fulfillment and will be filled in the order that it was received. During this time, your order is processing which takes an average of 1-3 business days. If you order on a weekend, please be advised we won’t receive your order until Monday and therefore there is still a 1-3 business day processing time. After your order is processed and fulfilled, we create a shipping label and send your items to a shipping fulfillment center. This process can take up to 24 hours. At this point you will receive a tracking update from our shipping partner, Pitney Bowes, so that you can stay updated on your package location and expected arrival. We currently only ship within the USA and use USPS and FEDEX. Shipping times for these carriers can vary but are typically 1-3 days out depending on how far away you are from our location. We ship from Vancouver, Washington.
Holiday Order Times (October-December)
From order placed to your door: 6-9 days
The holidays are our busiest time of year. Please be advised that high sales volumes tend to add 3 days onto normal shipping times (see above).
Wholesale Order Times
From order placed to your door: 6-9 days (+ 3 days during the holidays)
As with any order, our wholesale orders are given just as much care and priority. Because of the bulk quantities in our wholesale department paired with our small-batch fulfillment please understand this process can take a bit longer. It is safe to plan for an extra 1-3 days in additional processing when you place a wholesale order. See above “average order times” for typical wait times. Please plan an additional 1-3 days of processing during the holidays, on top of the typical wholesale delay. During the holidays this can extend your order out a week so please plan accordingly.
